Kyle Barnard

Kyle started Rockwater Plumbing after 21 years in the trade — long enough to know exactly the kind of company he wanted to build, and exactly the kind he didn't. Two decades of residential and commercial work taught him that good plumbing isn't really about pipes. It's about showing up on time, being straight about the price, and treating someone's home with the same respect you'd want for your own. That's how he runs every job at Rockwater.

Kyle is a husband, a dad of five, and a new grandpa to one grandson. When he isn't with family, he's usually in the woods with his bird dog Cedar or on the mats training Jiu Jitsu. He'll tell you all three teach the same lesson in different ways: show up, stay disciplined, and keep getting better. It's the same approach he brings to Rockwater — and to the team he's built around him.

Salvador Torres

Salvador is an accomplished plumber with a passion for family, soccer, and unwavering dedication to his craft. With 8 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry, Salvador has proven himself as a reliable and skilled expert in the field.

Currently, he proudly serves as a key member at Rockwater Plumbing, where he consistently demonstrates his commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing solutions. When he is not hard at work, you can often find Salvador on the soccer field. His love for soccer mirrors his dedication to teamwork and commitment, which he also brings to his job as a plumber here at Rockwater Plumbing.

Sam Hughes

With 15 years of dedicated plumbing experience, Sam is a valued member of the team at Rockwater Plumbing. Sam’s dedication to the craft, combined with his friendly and approachable demeanor, ensures that clients receive top-notch service every time.

On the weekends, you can find Sam grilling up a feast for family and friends. Whether it’s unclogging a stubborn drain or reeling in the big catch of the day, Sam approaches every task with the same level of enthusiasm and determination.

Jace Lantroop

Jace has been working in the plumbing industry for four years and enjoys the variety that each day brings. He especially appreciates the opportunity to continually learn new skills, solve problems, and meet people from all walks of life. Jace takes pride in providing dependable service and helping customers find the right solutions for their plumbing needs.

When he's not on the job, Jace enjoys spending quality time with his family. Much of his free time is spent cheering on his kids at their sporting events, as well as hunting and fishing together whenever they get the chance.

Brien Toombs

With nearly 17 years of experience in both plumbing and water treatment, Brien Toombs brings a unique combination of technical expertise and customer-focused service to the Rockwater Plumbing team. As both a Master Plumber and Master Water Treatment Specialist, Brien is passionate about helping homeowners find lasting solutions to their plumbing and water quality concerns. He takes great satisfaction in relieving customer stress by identifying the root cause of a problem and providing solutions that restore confidence and peace of mind.

Brien has a particular passion for water treatment and enjoys designing customized systems that do more than simply filter water—they enhance the overall water quality throughout a customer's home. His extensive knowledge and attention to detail ensure that every system is tailored to meet the unique needs of the family it serves.

Outside of work, Brien enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for theological studies. As a seminary student working toward ordination in the Global Methodist Church, he dedicates much of his free time to studying Scripture, theology, doctrine, and church history. His commitment to lifelong learning, service, and integrity is reflected both in his personal life and in the care he provides to every customer.

Sam Reinmiller

Sam is a Master Plumber with 14 years of industry experience and a strong commitment to serving his community. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-first approach. As an Eagle Scout, Sam values integrity, service, and leadership—qualities he brings to every job.

Outside of plumbing, Sam has played the violin since childhood and continues to enjoy music as a lifelong passion. He also loves spending time outdoors and can often be found backpacking with his family, exploring new places and creating meaningful experiences together.
